At Elegy Coffee, we want you to love every brew. While we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee due to its perishable nature, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges on all brewing equipment and apparel within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and was purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that coffee beans are final sale.

Package and Ship
Securely pack your items and ship them back to our Nashville roastery using the prepaid label provided by our support team.
