What is your return policy on coffee beans?
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
Can I order my coffee pre-ground?
While we recommend buying whole bean for maximum flavor, we offer several grind options including Drip, Espresso, and French Press.
